Well, having worked in Zenith as a low rank in the hierarchy, I know I've learnt not to share or look what isn't strictly necessary. But I never could stop thinking "Why would I need to train our super computer in EEFV or even IHP? Couldn't a native speaker have been contacted for help? Why does a fancy calculator need to know how to speak anyways?"

A few months back I saw the inspector they send drop a folder on the floor. I tried to help her pick it up but she told me to back off. That was sketchy as all hell so I decided against my better judgement to snap a picture of one of the fallen sheets, hoping it would have even a semblance of an answer. Ever since then it's been just pure madness. Searching, sneaking off... It wasn't until I was able to catch my boss' computer unsupervised and open that I finally could search for the damn thing! I read through it later. Some pages, including the first one, are very low quality and the file has this weird green tint to it. It seemed to be digitalized... half-assedly. Only then I saw it.
