The Shatter

The Shatter is the reality parallel to Reality. It is, by nature, less grounded than Reality, with a baseline Rin measurement of 4.64Rn. Rin measurements throughout The Shatter fluctuate heavily, however, with the lowest recorded measurement of 0.04Rn taken near the center of Zephyr's Garden and the highest recorded measurement of 14.58Rn on the outskirts of The Gap in the Shattered Forest.
